2) What will be the first project(s) I tackle?
3) What are the biggest challenges the department faces this year and what
will be my role as a team member in tackling them?
4) Which projects will I be most involved with during the first six month?

等等类似的，我觉得最好围绕将来的工作问，显得自己非常积极加入研发队伍。

还可以问对方group大概有多少人，working style是怎么样的，适当表示下自己的兴趣，
热情等等。

一般对方一听就会主动滔滔不绝的讲很多，自己跟着说就行。
